Bantry Villa is a luxurious five bedroom five bathroom vacation home with so much to offer!
There is lift access to all the floors of the house. On the ground floor is the entrance hall with a cloakroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms, the Lower Oceanside and Lower Poolside room. There is a large sun deck with ample outdoor seating and a small swimming pool. Both bedrooms on this floor have en-suite bathrooms with a shower, toilet and single vanity.
The Lower Oceanside bedroom also has a bath. These rooms also have access to the deck with stunning sea views.
The second floor hosts the large entertainment areas. There is a double open plan living room and dining room. The central living room has a large TV, and comfortable seating for 12 and the main dining table has seating for 12.
The informal poolside lounge has seating for 4 and dining seating for 5. Both rooms have access to a modest complimentary welcome bar stocked with a variety of local beverages for guests to enjoy.
The lounges open onto the main sundeck and pool as well as the patio where the gas braai is located.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 also opening onto the patio and dining area. There is a separate well equipped laundry room. The third floor hosts another 3 bedrooms.
The Top Oceanside bedroom has an open-plan bathroom with a shower, bath and double vanity. It also boasts a walk-in closet, as well as a panoramic balcony. The Top poolside bedroom has balcony access with views and outdoor seating and an en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity.
The Top Garden bedroom has direct access to the garden with additional seating as well as a juliette balcony. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and single vanity. All the bedrooms have King sized beds and come equipped with invisible air conditioning / heating, TV and Nespresso coffee machines. There is underfloor heating and electric towel rails in all bathrooms.
