The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen all have spectacular views of the mountain and ocean and lead out onto the garden against the maintain. Here you will find a natural pool to cool off in. (This pool uses 100% natural filtering and no chemicals so it is not your traditional pool)
Out here, once again, you will be able to enjoy the fantastic views, a braai and here you’ll spend a lot of time with friends and family.

The lower level also has a small kitchenette that leads out to a private garden area.The house has a double garage, but the cul de sac offers plenty of extra off-street parking.
