Tuscan Villa is also surrounded by mountain views. The area is semi rural where people horse ride, mountain bike and hike. There are fabulous mountain trails behind the house. All the Constantia wine farms are within a 10-minute drive.
Great swimming beaches are 15 minutes away. The neighborhood has the benefits of city life too with good restaurants and shopping with the Tokai Center conveniently located at the bottom of the road.
The style of the house is open plan and modern in feel, yet the walls are built from original 100 year old stone from the area.
The traditional farm kitchen is open to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to a good holiday.
There are full time staff that live on the property.
All bedrooms have views and are larger than normal bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own lounge TV room area. Three bedrooms walk out of double doors onto a balcony with views of the mountain, sea and city.
The other bedroom overlooks the mountain but no balcony out.
The main bedroom has a queen bed.
The other two bedrooms have a queen and double.
The fourth bedroom has a ¾ bed with a sleeper couch. All bedrooms are en-suite with two having there own large luxury baths and showers.
The other two bedrooms only have showers.
