The City Bowl essentially houses the CBD which is the Major Business District in Cape Town’s Metropolitan area. This is where you will find the Financial centre of the Western Cape! The South African Parliament is located in Plein Street and is the Seat of Government for six months of the year. Needless to say the CBD is the hub of Cape Town attracting business travellers from all over the world!
The Foreshore which is an extension of the CBD is where our International convention centre is located, which is another reason Executive Apartments in this area are so sought after! To the left only 5 minutes away is The V&A Waterfront which is a great buffer for unwinding after a long day at the office. One need not have own transport when residing in the CBD as a simple Airport transfer and Cab ride is sufficient with everything within such close proximity!
