The apartment is accessed from street level or the basement parking area via an elevator and opens directly into the living and dining area.
Bander Place also has a lovely fully equipped kitchen. This features top-of-the-range appliances, a Nespresso machine. A sleek breakfast counter with four designer stools is ideal for entertaining.
The second bedroom at Bander Place is located on this level and offers twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The bedroom can be separated from the living areas by closing a heavy, wooden sliding door for privacy.
A winding staircase takes one up to the mezzanine level of the apartment, which overlooks the first-floor living spaces and houses an open-plan work space with desk and computer, as well as the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Both the master and second bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Continue up the winding stairwell to the third level of the apartment, which is a bright room with couches and a small kitchenette with a dishwasher and a sink.
This room opens onto a wooden rooftop deck which boasts an eight-seater dining table, corner splash pool and breath-taking views of Table Mountain and the city below.
The apartment has a dedicated parking bay and there is plenty of on-street parking outside the apartment.
